There’s long been controversy over adults dressing up in drag, or in otherwise sexually provocative clothing, and performing where children can see them.
Now it’s turned about, with a report about a parade in Spain where children were staged in provocative costumes, then danced down the street in front of adults.
The report comes from VNN, which bluntly warns that the images are “disturbing.”
The report describes the incident involved “young children dressed in lingerie” who were being “paraded down the street waving LGBTQ flags as adults cheer them on during an annual carnival.”
It apparently was the Carnaval de Torrevieja where children, probably ages 8 or 9, “dressed in garter belts, X-shaped nipple shields, wigs and makeup danced provocatively down the streets of Alicante.”
The audience included adults, children, and even infants.
The report explained Voz Media identified those organizing the event as the Osadía troupe, a Barcelona-based street theatre company.
The report charged, “The hyper-sexualization of children appears to be accelerating despite the public beginning to push back against the trans and LGBTQ agenda worldwide.”
