7 Invading Terrorists Brought to Justice at Afghan-Pakistan Border in North Waziristan

Once again, the world is reminded of the dire consequences of a weak stance on terrorism, particularly in the wake of the Biden administration’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. Seven terrorists were eliminated while attempting to breach the Afghan-Pakistan border in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district, according to a recent report by the military’s media wing. This incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of strong and decisive action against terrorism – something that Republicans have always championed.

The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed this development in a statement:

“The movement of the seven-member group was detected on Tuesday by security forces in the general area of Spinkai, Ghulam Khan. The infiltrators were surrounded, effectively engaged and after an intense fire exchange, all seven terrorists were eliminated. A large quantity of weapons, ammunition and explosives was also recovered,”

Despite these successful operations by Pakistan’s security forces, it is evident that terrorist threats persist due to inadequate border management on Afghanistan’s side. This is a direct consequence of President Biden’s hasty retreat from Afghanistan without ensuring adequate safeguards for its future governance or security measures against terrorist outfits.

Moreover, reports suggest that terrorists operating from Afghan soil are acting against Pakistan and its economic interests, especially those related to strategic initiatives such as the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. Last month witnessed fierce clashes between both countries along their shared border due to militants linked with Hafiz Gul Bahadur group based inside Afghanistan.

The ISPR has repeatedly highlighted clear evidence linking terrorists from Afghanistan with various attacks inside Pakistan over recent months. These incidents underscore how crucial it is for nations like America under Republican leadership to take firm stances against terrorism and prioritize national security above all else.
