Court documents from a lawsuit involving deceased accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein were unsealed on Thursday night despite objections from Ghislaine Maxwell, a British socialite who was recently arrested by federal authorities for allegedly engaging in sex trafficking. One revelation that came from the released court documents was the allegation that former Democrat President Bill Clinton traveled to Epstein’s “pedophile island,” a claim that Clinton has denied.
Accuser Virginia Giuffre said that when Clinton was on the island with Epstein, there were “2 young girls” there whom she “could identify.”

A man who says that he was a tech worker on the island told Netflix’s “Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich” that he witnessed Clinton on the island.
The newly released documents include a conversation that accuser Giuffre had with her lawyers nearly 10 years ago as part of her civil case against Maxwell in 2015.
At one point in the conversation, the subject turned on Epstein’s powerful friends. Jack Scarola, one of Giuffre’s lawyers, asked her if she had any recollection of Epstein telling her that Bill Clinton owed him “favors.”
“Yes I do,” she responded, according to the documents. “It was a laugh, though. He would laugh it off. You know, I remember asking Jeffrey [a] ‘What’s Bill Clinton doing here?’ kind of thing, and he laughed it off and said, ‘Well, he owes me a favor.’ He never told me what favors they were. I never knew. I didn’t know if he was serious. It was just a joke.”
