In the days before his State of the Union address, President Biden convened a meeting with his Competition Council. The objective? To conveniently shift blame for his disastrous economic policies onto corporations.
“The American people are tired of being played for suckers. No matter your financial status – rich, poor, or middle class – no one likes being taken advantage of,” Biden declared. “That’s why today I’m launching a new Strike Force on Unfair and Illegal Pricing to crack down on companies who break the law while keeping prices high for American consumers.”
However, not long after this statement, Biden’s demeanor turned concerning.

Following this, Biden stated, “So, with your permission, I’d like to stay a few — and my staff will tell — tell me when the drop-dead hour occurs. They’ll pass me a note.”
While this statement may seem innocuous on its own, watching him deliver it paints a different picture.

From there, things only got worse. Staffers were forced to remove the press from the room.

Biden seems to be stuck in a time warp, behaving as if it’s 2009 and the Occupy Wall Street movement is in full swing. He’s attempting to paint corporations as the enemy, despite the fact that our economy was on the mend before he took office. Even liberals are raising eyebrows at this blatant political maneuver.
Perhaps Obama could have pulled off such a stunt, but Biden? That remains to be seen.
