It’s pretty rich for Kamala to play the ‘protector of democracy’ while facing lawsuits for her tyrannical misuse of governmental authority… from a variety of unrelated political opponents she’s targeted.
The audacity of Kamala and her team would make Trump’s legal troubles look like child’s play… especially as they serve as more evidence in his lawsuit against the Biden/Harris Reign of Tyranny.
Without significant checks and balances on their abuses, they acted exactly as Lord Acton predicted those in power would.

Predictably, there is a shocking overlap between those perceived as enemies by the Democrats and those actually targeted by federal government agencies. This goes beyond mere coincidence.
Is this presidential election set to be America’s most consequential?
Take, for instance, the FBI using ultra-leftist SPLC to identify domestic terror threats. Their anti-conservative bias led them to target Latin Mass attendees. Meanwhile, teachers’ unions and the White House labeled concerned parents protesting over girls being assaulted in school bathrooms by boys wearing skirts as terrorists. Grandmothers were jailed for FACE act violations while individuals firebombing clinics and churches in support of pro-abortion causes roam free. Elon Musk switched his allegiance from Democrat to championing free speech on Twitter only to have every one of his companies harassed and investigated by government agencies… including SpaceX which handles national security secrets.
Biden was found guilty of leaking classified information about Afghanistan yet escaped charges because Hur thought he was unfit for trial. Tim Walz passed classified National Guard details to his left-wing activist daughter then got picked for Veep. In contrast, Trump had armed men raid his home at Mar-A-Lago, had a staged photo circulated just before an election, and faced a Grand Jury convened in DC by a discredited lawyer, despite the law requiring the trial to be held in Florida.
Meanwhile, Tulsi Gabbard who was once seen as the Democrat party’s rising star found herself on the terror watch list just one day after criticizing team Biden.
Both Trump and Tulsi are seeking their day in court for different reasons.
After being subject to lengthy screenings and joined by multiple air marshals on flights, she expressed concern over not knowing what else the government might be monitoring. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) supported Gabbard after whistleblowers from within the Federal Air Marshal Service revealed she had been enrolled in TSA’s Quiet Skies program, a suspected terrorist watchlist.
“For an American to live under this level of surveillance is unbearable,” said Gabbard. “No American should live in fear of their own government.”
Despite her two decades of military service, they still put her on the TERROR watchlist? This move was clearly retaliation for Gabbard ruining Kamala Harris’ presidential hopes during the 2020 debates. She is now suing the Biden administration.
As for Trump…..Get ready, Merrick Garland.
With his Mar-A-Lago case dismissed due to unlawful appointment and funding of Smith, Trump now has grounds for malicious prosecution.
“If no resolution is reached within 180 days from receipt of notice, we’ll take our fight against Justice Department to federal court,” said Trump attorney Daniel Epstein. He argues that decisions made by Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray were not based on “social, economic, and political policy” but instead on “clear dereliction of constitutional principles.”
For all your talk about tyranny… it seems this administration spends most of its time on the wrong side of lawsuits, defending itself against accusations of infringing upon the constitutional rights of US citizens… rich and famous or otherwise.
