Bill Gates Plans to Meddle with Nature, Using AI to Tamper with Our Beef Cows in His Latest Scheme to ‘Rescue’ the Planet!

In a recent podcast episode of Unconfuse Me With Bill Gates, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, known for his controversial views on synthetic beef and depopulation, discussed how artificial intelligence (AI) could be utilized to combat climate change. The conversation was as unconventional as one would expect from a man who advocates for experimental geoengineering and preventing cows from burping.

During an interview with data scientist Hannah Ritchie, Gates expressed his astonishment at the rapid advancement of AI technology. “I was very stunned how the AIs went from basically not being able to read or write at all, to doing that in a very facile way,” he told her. When asked about the potential role of AI in addressing climate change issues, he responded affirmatively.

Despite his enthusiasm for AI and its potential applications in environmental conservation, it’s important to question whether Gates’ ideas truly consider the environment’s best interests. While he envisions using AI to modify cows genetically and produce “meat without the cow,” he seems to overlook the significant carbon footprint associated with developing, maintaining, and disposing of AI technology.

The IT industry’s emissions are predicted to account for 14 percent of global emissions by 2040. Training AI models alone is estimated to produce 626,000 pounds of carbon dioxide – equivalent to around 300 round-trip flights across the U.S. It appears that Gates is quick to blame cows for the planet’s woes while downplaying the negative impact of AI on the environment, perhaps due to his substantial financial investments in meat alternatives and OpenAI.
