Investigative journalist Julie Kelly has revealed a shocking witness statement that strongly implicates Joe Biden in orchestrating the criminal case related to President Donald Trump’s “documents”. On social media, she shared an extract from an FBI agent’s testimony under scrutiny regarding Trump’s ownership of his presidential papers at his Mar-a-Lago residence.
The documents in question were seemingly the target of an FBI SWAT-style raid on Trump’s home. Interestingly, these papers bear resemblance to those that Joe Biden had hidden in an office, his house and his unsecured garage, prior to a special counsel recommending against charging him due to his “diminished” capacities.
The key difference lies in the fact that these papers were from Biden’s term as vice president, and he never had the authority to declassify them. However, Trump did possess such authority during his presidency. Many analysts consider the case against Trump as part of a larger “lawfare” war waged by Democrats with the objective of destabilizing or even thwarting his 2024 presidential campaign.

Kelly’s post included a statement from an agent: “One of the things I wanted to talk about, if you remember sometime after the administration ended, GSA had approximately six pallets of items, boxes I believe, that were stored in Virginia. And at some point – I guess there was maybe a time limit, I’m not entirely sure – they contacted the office of 45 to inform them that, you know, they have to go. They – someone has to pick them up, or they have to be shipped, or something to that effect.”
These revelations raise significant questions about the Biden administration’s role in shipping classified information to Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida. This development is critical as Trump has previously blamed the GSA for packing the boxes containing the classified documents. The federal authorities later accused Trump of “stealing” these documents and used this as a “pretext” for an FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago in August 2022.
As Tom Fitton of government watchdog Judicial Watch told the publication, “It was a set-up from the get-go.” While this may not conclusively prove that Biden’s administration set up Trump in this case considering their track record of legal system abuse against Trump one cannot confidently dismiss such possibility.
The situation brings forth more questions. If GSA had possession of these boxes why wasn’t a review conducted before instructing Trump’s team to retrieve them? They would certainly not expect Trump and his staff to ensure no classified documents were among these records. Perhaps they did review these boxes’ contents and knew classified documents were included before telling Trump’s people to collect them.
